Junior Graphic Designer (Marketing & Branding) for a USA Client - Remote

The Junior Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets for various marketing needs, including ads, social media, landing pages, and campaigns, while ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and consistency. This role involves collaborating closely with creative strategists and copywriters to translate concepts into compelling visuals and iterating quickly based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design Execution: Create visual assets for ads, social media, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
- Execute designs based on creative briefs and direction
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Support fast-paced production of creative assets
- Branding & Visual Direction: Apply strong branding principles across all work
- Ensure designs align with brand identity and guidelines
- Support the evolution and refinement of the brand’s visual direction
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and presentation
- Creative Support: Collaborate with creative strategists and copywriters to bring concepts to life
- Translate ideas and messaging into compelling visuals
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance
- Workflow & Collaboration: Manage tasks within structured workflows
- Communicate clearly on progress, updates, and revisions
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Strong foundation in branding and visual design
- Good eye for layout, aesthetics, and creative direction
- Experience designing for ads, social media, or digital marketing
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Ability to follow direction while also contributing creatively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly
- Comfortable working remotely in a collaborative team environment
