Senior UI/UX Designer (Shopify E-commerce) - A204

The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead end-to-end design initiatives to improve user experience and conversion performance across Shopify storefronts, focusing on visually compelling and data-backed solutions. Key duties include owning and scaling Figma-based design systems, conducting research to inform design decisions, and presenting designs clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end visual and interaction design for high-performing Shopify storefronts
• Create conversion-focused experiences optimized for CVR, AOV, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Deliver pixel-perfect, brand-aligned interfaces that drive measurable performance improvements
• Own, maintain, and scale Figma-based design systems across multiple client projects
• Conduct competitive analysis, UX research, and inspiration gathering
• Use data and benchmarks to inform design decisions and creative direction
• Present designs and articulate rationale with clarity and confidence
• Guide clients through decision-making and incorporate feedback effectively
• Partner with engineers, PMs, and designers to ensure accurate implementation

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, primarily within e-commerce
• Strong experience designing Shopify storefronts
• Portfolio demonstrating high-impact, conversion-focused e-commerce work
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Deep understanding of CRO, CVR, AOV, and UX best practices
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Strong ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across digital assets
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
• Experience working with Shopify Plus, Premier, or Platinum agencies
