The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead end-to-end design initiatives to improve user experience and conversion performance across Shopify storefronts, focusing on creating visually compelling and data-backed design solutions. Key duties include owning and scaling Figma-based design systems, conducting research to inform design decisions, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accurate implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end visual and interaction design for high-performing Shopify storefronts
- Create conversion-focused experiences optimized for CVR, AOV, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Deliver pixel-perfect, brand-aligned interfaces that drive measurable performance improvements
- Own, maintain, and scale Figma-based design systems across multiple client projects
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, primarily within e-commerce
- Strong experience designing Shopify storefronts
- Portfolio demonstrating high-impact, conversion-focused e-commerce work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of CRO, CVR, AOV, and UX best practices
