Senior Product Designer

Lead the creation of high-quality, user-focused design solutions for mobile and web applications, collaborating with teams to translate business objectives into intuitive user experiences. Manage the full design process from discovery through delivery while promoting user-centered decisions supported by data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-quality, user-focused design solutions for both mobile and web applications
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and leadership teams to define the product vision
• Manage the entire design process, from initial discovery and brainstorming to prototyping, user testing, and final delivery
• Utilize strategic and analytical approaches to develop design systems and workflows that support scalability and adapt to changing product demands
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers by offering constructive feedback, sharing best practices, and maintaining design consistency across different platforms

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in product design (UX/UI)
• Robust portfolio featuring complex product workflows
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration platforms like FigJam and Miro
• Capability to develop and maintain wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating insights into iterative design improvements
