Section Manager - Test Facilities Design Engineering

This role leads the Test Facilities Design Engineering section strategy focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), owning the end-to-end execution of test facilities systems and reducing test time lost due to disruptions. Responsibilities also include driving workforce planning, leading and developing teams, and fostering continuous improvement through technical rigor and digital tool implementation.
Responsibilities
- Leads Test Facilities Design Engineering section strategy aligned to SQDC
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices
- Owns end-to-end quality, delivery, and execution of test facilities systems
- Reduce test time lost to test facilities disruptions
- Collaborate with project/program team on current and future workscope
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 10 additional years of experience in a Technical, Engineering or Project/Program Management position
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager/people leader leading team of engineers/specialists
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
