Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will establish foundational UX guidelines, interaction patterns, and a lightweight design system to support care delivery workflows. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end design for care team processes, designing data visualization surfaces, and translating complex operational processes into usable product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Establish UX guidelines, interaction patterns, and a lightweight design system
- Own end-to-end design for care team workflows
- Design reporting and data visualization surfaces
- Translate complex, real-world operational processes into simple, usable product experiences
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in workflow-heavy, operational, or healthcare-adjacent domains
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and comfort using AI-enabled design tooling
- Experience designing internal tools or complex systems
- Strong ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive experiences
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments
