This role involves driving and executing large-scale, complex UX Research projects from initiation to completion, including planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting. The researcher will translate complex data into actionable insights to inform product strategy, design decisions, and user experience improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute large-scale, complex UX Research projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Design and conduct innovative qualitative and quantitative studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, ethnographic studies, and advanced data analysis
  • Translate complex research data into clear, actionable insights that inform product strategy, design decisions, and user experience improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in UX Research within a product organization, with a proven track record of leading impactful research projects and driving product success
  • Expertise in a wide range of research mix-methodologies and tools, including advanced qualitative and quantitative approaches
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear and actionable insights

Benefits

  • Salary range of $160,000 - 170,000, with factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations influencing base pay offered
