Senior Product Designer - International Wealth and Premier Banking

The Senior Product Designer will influence the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer experience design in International Wealth and Premier Banking, while elevating design quality and championing design thinking across the team. This role involves translating complex financial and regulatory requirements into simple, engaging digital experiences and ensuring the voice of the customer is embedded in all decisions through research and data application.
Responsibilities
- Influencing our vision, strategy, and roadmap to help position HSBC at the forefront of customer experience design
- Elevating design quality and practice, championing design thinking, and facilitating a culture of excellence and accountability
- Ensuring the highest standard of craft, clarity, and creativity, across user experience (UX), user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) Writing
- Translating complex financial services and regulatory requirements into simple, engaging, and trustworthy digital experiences
- Conducting research and effectively applying data and insights to inform, evaluate, and validate customer experiences that deliver real value
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products and services, with strategic responsibility and impact or connecting decisions to business and customer goals
- Strong portfolio showcasing world-class product design across responsive and native platforms, with clear user and business outcomes
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and core UX disciplines including research, content design, testing, visual and interaction design, and information architecture
