The role involves leading high-level design and brand campaigns for both print and digital, overseeing 360-degree delivery for launches and key brand moments. Responsibilities include overseeing projects from concept through execution, managing timelines, and collaborating with Global Zones and outside agencies.
Responsibilities
- Leading high-level design and brand campaigns for both print and digital
- Overseeing 360º delivery for launches and key brand moments
- Overseeing projects from concept through execution, delivering on rounds of cross-functional feedback, managing timelines
- Collaborating with Global Zones, identifying creative needs and support
- Collaborating with outside agencies to supplement cross-functional needs
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design and/or equivalent experience
- Beauty and/or luxury industry experience preferred
- Experience in a highly productive creative environment
- Software expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
