Senior Product Designer, Credit Building

This role involves designing all features and flows for the Credit Building product, ensuring cohesion within the overall Super.com ecosystem, and collaborating cross-functionally to define strategy and deliver impact. Responsibilities include creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while advocating for user-centered practices.

Responsibilities

• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design solutions
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and ensure the delivery of high-quality user-friendly and intuitive products
• Lead the team through rapid prototyping and testing to ideate new high-quality concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify key initiatives, determine metrics of success, and craft end-to-end experiences
• Leverage research, data analytics, competitive analyses, and customer research to proactively inform the product roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience
• High-quality portfolio demonstrating strong critical thinking skills, data-informed decisions, and high-level craft
• Experience designing for consumer products
• Experience working in fast-paced, changing environments
• Mastery of Figma, including interactive prototyping and working efficiently with design libraries
• Proficiencies in standard design, collaboration, and documentation tools
