Senior Product Designer (Hospitality)

The Senior Product Designer will lead initiatives to create new ways for restaurateurs to interact with guests and build tools for tailored guest communications. They will also be responsible for designing product concepts that effectively balance customer needs with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives that give restaurateurs new and meaningful ways to interact with guests
- Build tools to help restaurant customers engage guests with tailored communications
- Design product concepts that balance customer needs and business goals
- Become an expert in restaurant operator workflows by facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff
- Work closely with a smart and collaborative team of product designers, product managers, and engineers
- Deliver experiences that help restaurants provide incredible hospitality for their guests
Requirements
- Experience designing for web and enterprise
- Exceptional portfolio that showcases a breadth of product design work
- Strong curiosity to learn from others
- Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers in an agile environment
- Led user interviews and usability testing of designs
- Great visual design skills
- Ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated experience contributing to strategic product visions
- Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
