Senior Product Designer - Remote

The role involves owning the end-to-end design process, from initial concepts to final high-fidelity designs, while proactively managing stakeholders and timelines. Responsibilities also include collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing teams to build intuitive user interfaces and smooth user flows, with a focus on reducing friction in the booking experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from concept sketches to pixel-perfect Figma comps and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate across teams to build intuitive UI designs and smooth user flows
• Reduce friction and increase access to mental health care
• Design across platforms to ensure consistent and polished experiences
• Communicate design thinking and rationale to teammates and stakeholders
• Manage work against strategy, scope, and timelines without sacrificing quality

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on product design experience
• Proven ability to ship great work across responsive web, mobile web, and native apps
• Comfortable moving fluidly between task flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research
• Solid understanding of personas, user journeys, and empathy mapping
• Familiarity with modern web and mobile development frameworks (HTML5, CSS, React)
