Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for engagement and reward-driven experiences, focusing on designing and evolving gamified systems like streaks and incentives to drive sustained user engagement. This involves working cross-functionally to rapidly test, iterate, and scale experiences that directly impact retention and key business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for engagement and reward-driven experiences
• Design and evolve gamified systems (e.g., streaks, incentives, in-app currency, progress loops) that drive sustained user engagement
• Translate behavioral science and user motivations into intuitive, compelling product experiences
• Create high-quality user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, shape product strategy, and define success metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual craft and user-centered impact
• Deep experience designing consumer-facing mobile products at scale
• Proven experience working on engagement loops, gamification, or reward systems
• Strong ability to think holistically about systems and ecosystems
• Demonstrated success designing with a focus on measurable business impact
