Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing creative and impactful graphic designs to support the sales department and various company-wide graphic initiatives, including managing design projects and assisting in the creation of custom signage, graphics, and event decor. This role involves designing eye-catching graphics for events using Mac-based software and collaborating with design teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality designs.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics for events using Mac-based software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality designs that align with event goals
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Maintain project files and manage the flow of graphic production
• Assist in preparing visual instructions and pull sheets for production teams
• Participate in meetings with sales and production teams to plan design concepts
• Maintain equipment and supplies within the graphics department

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design (BS or BFA)
• Prior experience with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
