Founding Product Designer

The role involves designing interfaces for AI-driven operational workflows, such as forecasting and pricing, and rethinking human interaction with AI agents for review, approval, and supervision. The designer will also help define the core product and design systems from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces for AI-driven operational workflows (forecasting, replenishment, pricing, exceptions)
- Rethink how humans interact with AI agents: review, approval, override, and supervision
- Create text-rich and decision-focused experiences that help operators act with clarity
- Design role-specific applications that work across web, mobile, and eventually voice
- Help define Arkhamâs core product and design systems from the ground up
- Collaborate closely with engineers, ML teams, and Forward Deployed Engineers working with customers
Requirements
- Experience designing interfaces for AI-driven operational workflows
- Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles
- Experience working at the intersection of AI, data, and operations
- Ability to design new interfaces for a world where humans supervise, review, and guide AI agents that execute work end to end
- Experience working closely with engineers, ML teams, and Forward Deployed Engineers
- Strong understanding of clarity, judgment, and usability in complex operational systems
