The Senior UX Researcher will serve as the primary insights partner for the B2C Product Details Page across Viator and TripAdvisor, responsible for translating triangulated data into actionable insights to guide the product roadmap. This involves leading large-scale strategic initiatives, driving rapid-response research for optimizations, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data streams.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale initiatives, including international benchmarking and quarterly planning
- Drive a high-velocity stream of rapid-response research to support immediate product optimizations and design iterations
- Synthesize multiple data streams to provide a 360-degree view of traveler pain points and opportunities
- Lead large-scale survey design and analysis
- Act as a 'force multiplier' for the research team by establishing best practices, templates, and rigorous standards
Requirements
- Minimum BA/BSc degree in psychology, HCI, design, communication, statistics or other related field
- 6+ years of professional applied research experience
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work
- Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset
