The UX/UI Design Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering complex design projects, ensuring quality and effective risk management while applying expertise to guide others and make decisions impacting the immediate work area and business function. Responsibilities include developing innovative solutions to complex problems, recommending policy changes, establishing new procedures, and exercising judgment in selecting methods for obtaining results.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4-6 years of practical experience in UX or product design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, process, problem-solving, and outcomes
- Experience in leading design projects
- Experience in AI-powered tools including automation, prompting, or generative design
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
