Senior Product Designer, Guest Experience

The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end Guest Management experience, transforming guest coordination into an effortless journey by designing intuitive list building, communication, and RSVP collection processes. This role involves driving the design process using data and feedback while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, using data, insights, and continuous feedback to refine and improve our products
- Design an intuitive experience for couples to build guest lists through seamless imports and smart organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs
- Contribute to our design system to create a cohesive, polished experience
- Effectively present to and discuss solutions with stakeholders
- Participate in design team reviews and critiques
Requirements
- Professional experience as a full-stack product designer
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field
- A stunning online portfolio that showcases thoughtful work and sophisticated design solutions
- A creative and strategic mindset, with strong critical-thinking skills
- Sharp attention to detail, and an understanding for how to integrate a brand into an experience
- Experience defining patterns and style guides, performing user testing, and building low to high-fidelity prototypes
- Proficiency in Figma, virtual whiteboard tools, and UX research tools
