The role involves formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by managing technical, financial, and project management aspects, ensuring timely and well-documented submissions. Responsibilities also include identifying potential risks, collecting necessary proposal information, and maintaining effective customer relationships while providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Formulate competitive bids/estimates/quotations
- Manage the preparation of all technical, financial, and project management aspects of the bid/estimate/quotation
- Ensure tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with appropriate level of detail
- Collect and archive documentation regarding the offer/order and records assumptions and decisions taken during the development process
- Regularly report the status of the bids/estimates/quotations using defined tools and collect and analyse the reasons for tenders being lost and won
- Identify potential risks in the bids, quotations, and estimates, and in any related contract agreements across customers/channels
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree or above, major of Electrical or Automation is preferred
- More than 2 years in related working experience
- Able to work under pressure and willing to take challenges
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- CET-6 and above, fluent in both writing and oral
