UI/UX Designer (AIML Platforms)

The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the ML/AI platform's direction, visuals, and overall experience. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating design artifacts like wireframes and user flows, and presenting designs to stakeholders while establishing design standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Develop functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications based on usability, with a focus on simplifying complex data into digestible and actionable formats
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards specific to ML/AI systems
Requirements
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio in software, SaaS, or technology-focused products, preferably in the ML/AI space
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
- Proficiency in Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- A degree in design, interaction design, or related field is preferred
