Graphic Designer

The Senior Designer will lead design development across various digital formats, translating briefs into polished, on-brand visual solutions optimized for platform fit and quality. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready creative, maintaining design systems, and ensuring brand consistency at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead design development across multiple digital formats
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver polished, production-ready creative
- Maintain design templates and systems that enable scalable, consistent creative
- QA own work and oversee design deliverables at scale
- Present work in internal reviews, articulating design rationale with clarity and confidence
Requirements
- English proficiency B2+ or higher
- Availability in EST timezone
- 4-6 years of design experience
- Portfolio of digital-first design work
- Advanced ability to design clear, engaging, and performance-minded creative
- Fluency working with content matrices, design toolkits, briefs, and structured workflows
