Senior Product Designer, Monetization Platform

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, user-centered flows, visualizing designs from concept to high-fidelity interactive prototypes. They will also iterate on designs, contribute to design frameworks, and create simplicity out of complexity in ambiguous circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design, product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to deliver data-driven and user-centered flows
- Visualize and bring design to life, implementing experience designs from concept to high-fidelity interactive prototypes
- Work on multiple projects at the same time, with timelines ranging from a few days to a few months
- Develop and refine hypotheses and contribute to the constant improvement of our practice
Requirements
- A strategic designer with a strong product sense and visual craft
- Deep experience in interaction and visual design
- Elevate the visual and interaction quality bar across surfaces
- Introduce modern UI patterns, motion, and progressive disclosure to reduce friction and cognitive load
