This senior individual contributor role involves defining and evolving a multi-year design vision and strategy for the Atria experience, leading design for high-impact initiatives across mobile, web, and in-practice interactions. Key duties include evolving the design system, integrating service design, and driving the use of insights to ensure experiences are seamless, intuitive, and deeply human.
Responsibilities
- Define, champion, and evolve a multi-year design vision and strategy for the Atria experience
- Serve as the principal design voice in strategic conversations, influencing at all levels of the organization
- Lead design for high-impact initiatives, from concept to launch, across multiple platforms and touchpoints
Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience, including significant ownership of strategy for complex, consumer-facing digital experiences
- Proven track record of delivering design work that drives both business outcomes and user delight
- Mastery of user experience, visual design, and interaction design principles
- Exceptional design portfolio
- Experience setting multi-year design vision and scaling design systems across multiple product areas
