Part-Time Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will collaborate on developing and maintaining brand elements, creating artwork for various mediums, and designing a wide range of print and electronic projects including packaging, advertising, and social media graphics. Key tasks involve formulating new layouts, ensuring visual appeal, and designing weekly flyers and pricing signage while adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain brand elements and guidelines
• Formulate new layouts and create artwork that aligns with the brand's visual identity
• Design and create a wide range of print and electronic projects, including advertisements, brochures, posters, direct mail, email, social media posts and corporate identity pieces
• Ensure that the designs are visually appealing, effectively communicate the intended message, and meet project objectives
• Work with various media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD), to enhance and incorporate visual elements into design projects

Requirements

• At least 2 years of graphic design experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of retail business practices
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
