Front Office Product Designer

The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and implementing user-centric digital banking products and experiences, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives while monitoring post-launch impact via CX metrics. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing prototypes, iterating designs based on feedback, and utilizing user research and data analysis to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualisation, design, and implementation of user-centric digital banking products and experiences
• Monitoring impact of design post-launch through relevant CX metrics
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
• Development of interactive prototypes and wireframes to visualise design concepts and validate solutions
• Evaluation of the technical feasibility, legal compliance, and potential risks associated with the development and launch of the new product

Requirements

• A portfolio of work that can be presented, demonstrating extensive experience in designing multi-faceted business applications
• Ability to interact directly with front office users and product owners and turn their requirements into product designs
• Ability to present designs confidently to senior managers and stakeholders
• Considerable Figma UI design skills
• Experience of working with large datasets and/or data visualisation
• Experience of establishing and working with design systems and design tokens
