Senior Product Designer - Search & Discovery

Collaborate with partners across product, editorial, marketing, data, and commercial teams to design and optimize discovery and personalization experiences that drive user satisfaction and business outcomes. Responsibilities include planning user research, translating insights into testable artifacts, defining user flows, creating production-ready assets, and facilitating workshops.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key partners across the business to design and optimise experiences
- Plan, manage, and run user research to understand user behaviour and identify needs
- Articulate key insights and translate them into testable artefacts
- Define user flows and journeys, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
- Create production-ready design assets and work with engineers to ensure a high-quality experience
- Facilitate workshops and/or design sprints to bring stakeholders and others along the product development journey
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge designing across app and web
- Familiarity with design systems and ML-driven systems
- Experience sketching, prototyping, and moving through different levels of fidelity quickly
- Ability to work end-to-end, from user research to wireframes and user flows through to testing and validation
- Strong understanding of technologies used to build world-class mobile product experiences
- Experience with agile working and sprints
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of accessibility and usability
