The Digital Product Designer will be responsible for delivering the Virgin Atlantic digital roadmap through design strategy and execution, while also conceptualizing new products and solutions to solve business problems. They will champion the user and brand experience, ensuring usability and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver product roadmap
  • Concept new products and solutions
  • Brand-building through design
  • Lead on user and brand experience
  • Design interactions that put usability first
  • Accessible design by default, abiding to WCAG2.2AA
  • Develop and embed new processes

Requirements

  • Solid experience in digital product design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work
  • Proficiency in design tools, primarily Figma
  • Strong understanding of mobile and responsive design principles
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Familiarity with design systems and their application across digital touchpoints
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centred design approach
