The role involves assisting the communication team across four divisions (Press, Content, Events, and Digital) in producing graphic content to support strategic growth ambitions. Key tasks include creating and updating various print and digital media, such as social media assets, newsletters, simple video editing, and updating Microsoft templates.
Responsibilities
- Creation and/or update of posters, flyers, brochures, and press advertising
- Production of media for social networks, emailing, and newsletters
- Video editing and simple motion design
- Support in updating Microsoft templates
- Support in laying out PowerPoint presentations
- Photo retouching
- Iconographic research
- Creation or declination of invitations, signage, Kadapac, and kakemonos
- Monitoring social network formats
- Monitoring, watch, and benchmarking of graphic trends
Requirements
- Master's degree in communication, graphisme, design
- Experience in communication digitale
- Very good level of English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Very good knowledge of the Adobe suite
- Creativity
- Ability to iterate
- Proposition force
- Rigour and attention to detail
- Appetence for institutional communication
- Autonomy
