Graphic Designer

The designer will transform complex sales pitches and data into high-stakes visual narratives across presentations, digital channels, and physical touchpoints. Key duties include owning creative output for social media, designing high-converting web assets, and creating industry-standard information design guides.
Responsibilities
- Narrative Design: Transform complex sales pitches and keynotes into high-stakes visual narratives
- Digital & Social Ecosystem: Own the creative output for social channels and maintain a robust Canva repository
- Web & Conversion: Design high-converting landing pages, hero imagery, and technical blog diagrams
- Information Design: Translate data into multi-page downloadable guides, interactive worksheets, and benchmark reports
- Physical Brand: Design tangible touchpoints, from specialty promotional packaging to large-scale venue signage
- Motion & Video: Bring the brand to life with campaign-specific video edits and motion graphics
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional design experience
- Figma master with 4+ years of experience
- Expert-level Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop skills
- High proficiency in Google Slides and Beautiful.ai
- Comfortable maintaining Canva templates and libraries
- Ability to edit and refine copy to ensure it fits the design hierarchy and brand voice
- Custom hand-drawn or vector illustration skills
- Basic to intermediate After Effects skills for social storytelling
- Experience with high-end photography retouching
