Product Designer II - Growth

The Product Designer II will be responsible for designing the interaction and visual UI for new and existing product features, while also gaining user insights through research to identify innovation opportunities. This role focuses on creating personalized, in-product experiences using contextual signals to guide customers to their next best action and drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Designing the behavior and visual UI of new product features
- Improving the usability and design of existing products
- Gaining insight into users' behaviors and needs through user research
- Identifying and communicating opportunities for innovation and differentiation
- Creating personalized, in-product experiences using contextual signals to drive engagement and surface relevant features
Requirements
- 4+ years of product-based UX design experience working on complex desktop, web, and/or mobile software apps
- Has a proven track record of designing successful SaaS-based software products and features from scratch
- Has a portfolio of work demonstrating a high level of expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping/testing, and visual UI design
