Product Designer

The Product Designer will champion exceptional user experience solutions across the product suite by conducting user testing, discovering unmet needs, and driving innovation. This role involves creating high-quality design artifacts, translating complex systems into simple UI concepts, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to bring user-centered solutions to market.
Responsibilities
- Championing exceptional user experience solutions across the suite of Cint products
- Conducting user testing and user interviews to discover unmet needs and drive innovation
- Ideating on strategic design solutions with other members of the Product Design team, stakeholders, and partners
- Creating high-quality design artifacts, including user requirements, personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, and design prototypes
- Translating complex systems into tangible, simple, UI concepts and demonstrating these concepts through strong storytelling and rapid prototyping
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a product design or UX design role
- Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools—specifically Figma
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries
- Previous experience working with developers, product managers, and designers in a collaborative environment
