The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality, conversion-driven visuals across various digital channels such as social media, paid ads, and landing pages. This role also involves maintaining design systems and collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality assets for digital channels (social media, paid ads, landing pages, email, etc.)
- Create wireframes, mockups, and polished UI designs using Figma
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals
- Optimize creatives for performance, conversion, and user engagement
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable)
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for digital marketing and/or web environments
- Ability to create both static and performance-driven creatives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
