Responsibilities
- Ideate, conceptualize, and develop design solutions for signage, wayfinding, experiential design, and branding projects
- Contribute to a vibrant studio culture and actively participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary design environment
- Attend and contribute to design workshops; present design concepts and recommendations to internal teams
- Prepare design strategies, project documentation, and presentation materials that support project goals and design direction
- Collaborate with senior designers to produce conceptual renderings, artwork, graphic materials, and design-intent specifications
- Incorporate storytelling and narrative components into conceptual design work alongside senior team members
- Explore and research materials, fabrication methods, and production techniques relevant to project outcomes
- Ensure all work aligns with defined project goals, design intent, and Entroâs standards and processes
- Meet with senior team members to understand project requirements, including schedule, budget, and overall expectations
- Follow established protocols, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks such as timesheets and expenses
Requirements
- 1â3 years of professional experience
- A portfolio demonstrating signage design, experiential work, or 3D design is an asset
- Previous experience in experiential graphic design, architecture, or industrial design environments is beneficial
- Knowledge of signage and wayfinding production processes is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) as well as Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
