Senior Product Designer - M&S Money

The role involves leading the visual expression of the product by creating high-quality UI, interaction patterns, and motion guidelines, while translating user insights into actionable design decisions using research and testing. The designer will shape end-to-end journeys and partner closely with product, engineering, and research teams to influence product direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual expression of the product, creating high-quality UI, interaction patterns, and motion guidelines
- Translate user insights into actionable design decisions, using research, testing, and analytics to refine flows, improve usability, and ensure the visual design elevates the overall experience
- Shape end-to-end journeys, connecting IA, interaction models, and visual craft to deliver experiences that are both intuitive and beautifully implemented
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and research, influencing product direction and ensuring user needs, accessibility, and technical feasibility shape the final solutions
- Guide and inspire others through workshops, design critiques, and collaborative sessions
Requirements
- Strong foundation in UI craft
- Ability to elevate visual quality while grounding decisions in solid UX principles and user-centred reasoning
- Experience in both web and native app design
- Strong understanding of platform conventions, accessibility, and how design translates into real product delivery
- Ability to shape journeys, flows, and interaction models
