The role is responsible for Head-Disk-Interface Integration work focused on product improvement across yield, quality, and test time, which includes leading integration efforts and supporting tribology improvement initiatives for sustaining products. Responsibilities also involve extensive data analysis of test results, conducting failure analysis, and collaborating with various engineering teams to enhance product cleanliness and optimize manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible in Head-Disk-Interface Integration related work for product improvement (yield/quality/test time)
- Lead and manage HeadāDisk Interface (HDI) integration efforts to improve product yield, quality, and test time
- Support tribology improvement initiatives for sustaining products to enhance performance and long-term reliability
- Perform and support data analysis on yield, quality, reliability, and test results to do failure trend monitoring, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive failure analysis and provide actionable feedback to cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in programming for data analytics (Python, C++, SQL)
