The Product Designer will own the end-to-end product design for key components of the Emergent platform, focusing on transforming complex workflows into clear and intuitive user experiences. This involves designing flows, interactions, and UI while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to ship high-quality features quickly.
Responsibilities
- Turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
- Work closely with engineers and product to ship fast, high-quality features
- Design flows, interactions, and UI with strong attention to detail
- Contribute to product thinking and not just execution
- Help evolve patterns and systems as the product grows
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products
- Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals
- Comfort working on technical or complex products
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information
- Clear communication and strong product intuition
- High ownership mindset
