Graphic Designer - Global Learning - Associate - Talent Services

This role supports the design and development of visual content for digital learning materials and eLearning modules, applying design quality standards using approved templates and tools. The designer will collaborate with professionals to enhance visual learning solutions and maintain relationships with content owners and reviewers.
Responsibilities
- Develop basic to intermediate proficiency in creating and editing self-study programs using rapid authoring tools
- Learn and apply foundational eLearning tool skills, contributing to team knowledge
- Acquire basic to intermediate proficiency in graphic design software, capable of creating good graphics and layouts
- Assist with LMS content management, learning platform features and best practices
- Support the design of interactive graphics and animations, developing basic interactive elements under supervision
- Assist in the creation of simple animations and video edits, supporting video production tasks and learning from experienced team members
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in graphic design or related fields
- Basic proficiency with graphic design software and eLearning development tools
- A foundational understanding of LMS platforms and content management
- A desire to learn and grow within the field of graphic design and eLearning development
