The Senior UX Designer will own the end-to-end design of product features, delivering elegant user flows, mockups, and prototypes that ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across responsive web and mobile interfaces. This role involves close collaboration with product managers and engineers, and contributing to the team’s design language and practices through system contributions and design reviews.
Responsibilities
- Deliver elegant user flows, mockups, and prototypes that align with product goals and brand guidelines
- Design for consistency, accessibility, and usability across responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure alignment from concept to implementation
- Incorporate feedback from research, stakeholders, and design leads to iterate on solutions
- Contribute to UKG's design systems and shared patterns
- Ensure that design work aligns with accessibility and localization requirements
- Participate in critiques, workshops, and design sprints to share work and provide feedback
Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional experience in UX/product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise design work and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Familiarity with front-end concepts
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related discipline
