Hybrid $120,000 - $150,000 Full-time Senior

The Senior Product Designer will lead design efforts for payment experiences, focusing on international money transfers by conducting discovery work, translating insights into concepts and prototypes, and creating high-fidelity UX/UI designs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery work to uncover customer problems, identify opportunities, and inform product strategy
  • Translate insights into concepts, user flows, scrappy prototypes through explorations and ideation
  • Create engaging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs
  • Apply systems thinking and design thinking techniques to shape an offering
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout the agile lifecycle
  • Champion customer-centricity and advocate for best-in-class user experience
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
  • Facilitate and participate in design critiques, workshops, and agile ceremonies
  • Contribute to evolving our design system for consistency, scalability, and efficiency
  • Measure and validate impact post-launch, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing digital products end-to-end in cross-functional product teams
  • Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery activities with customers, product, and engineering stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of human-centred design methodologies and how to apply and execute them pragmatically in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Excellent interaction and UI design skills, with an eye for detail and craft
  • Experience designing for complex systems, services, or platforms, not just isolated features
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency with modern design tools and a basic understanding of front-end technologies
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, balancing customer needs with business goals
  • Experience with metrics-driven product development
  • A portfolio that showcases end-to-end product design thinking, craft, and measurable impact
