Senior Product Designer- Money Movement / Payments

The Senior Product Designer will lead design efforts for payment experiences, focusing on international money transfers by conducting discovery work, translating insights into concepts and prototypes, and creating high-fidelity UX/UI designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery work to uncover customer problems, identify opportunities, and inform product strategy
- Translate insights into concepts, user flows, scrappy prototypes through explorations and ideation
- Create engaging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs
- Apply systems thinking and design thinking techniques to shape an offering
- Collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout the agile lifecycle
- Champion customer-centricity and advocate for best-in-class user experience
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
- Facilitate and participate in design critiques, workshops, and agile ceremonies
- Contribute to evolving our design system for consistency, scalability, and efficiency
- Measure and validate impact post-launch, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative insights
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products end-to-end in cross-functional product teams
- Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery activities with customers, product, and engineering stakeholders
- Deep understanding of human-centred design methodologies and how to apply and execute them pragmatically in a fast-paced agile environment
- Excellent interaction and UI design skills, with an eye for detail and craft
- Experience designing for complex systems, services, or platforms, not just isolated features
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with modern design tools and a basic understanding of front-end technologies
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, balancing customer needs with business goals
- Experience with metrics-driven product development
- A portfolio that showcases end-to-end product design thinking, craft, and measurable impact
