Design end-to-end user experiences across the product lifecycle, from initial concepts to shipped features, rapidly exploring and prototyping ideas using AI-assisted tools. Responsibilities include contributing to workflows for content creation, publishing, discovery, and designing AI-assisted interactions while partnering closely with engineering, research, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences across the product lifecycle, from early concepts to shipped features
- Rapidly explore and prototype ideas using AI-assisted tools and lightweight experiments to test concepts and learn quickly
- Contribute to interaction-oriented workflows, including content creation, publishing, discovery, and management experiences
- Explore and design AI-assisted interactions such as recommendations, suggestions, automation, and agent-driven workflows, while maintaining clarity, trust, and user control
- Partner closely with engineering, research, and product teams to iterate, validate, and refine solutions
- Translate complex problem spaces into intuitive, usable experiences through strong information design and interaction models
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Visual Design or related field
- Professional experience in product or service design
- Solid, user-centered approach to design informed by qualitative and quantitative research
- Solid interaction design skills, with the ability to create and prototype experiences that communicate user intent
- Solid collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with design, product, and engineering partners
