The role involves owning end-to-end Product Design outcomes, ensuring high quality and consistency across the transport experience, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to define problems and shape solutions. Designers will apply user research, data, and AI insights to inform design decisions and contribute to evolving the design system for scalability.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Product Design outcomes, ensuring high-quality craft, usability, and consistency across the transport experience
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver impactful features
- Apply user research, data, and AI-powered insights to inform design decisions and uncover new opportunities
- Design intuitive, scalable solutions across rider and driver touchpoints within the mobility ecosystem
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, improving consistency, efficiency, and scalability across products
- Influence design strategy and elevate design standards across teams
- Continuously iterate on solutions based on user feedback, experimentation, and performance metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Design experience
- Experience working on cross-functional product teams
- Solid fundamentals in interaction and visual design craft and practice
- Solid knowledge of mobile and front-end web standards and development
- Experience with Figma, Protopie, After Effects, or other design tooling
- Experience in Service Design, User Research, Front-end Development, Accessible Design or Design Systems
