Senior Graphic Designer

The primary focus involves hands-on design execution, producing a high volume of creative assets across digital, print, in-store, and advertising channels for multiple brands. Additionally, the role provides creative direction, concept development, and oversight for a small internal team of designers.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a high volume of creative assets across digital, print, in-store, and advertising channels
• Develop layouts, promotional materials, menus, signage, social content, and campaign assets
• Execute creative quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Step in on priority or high-visibility projects to ensure top-tier output
• Maintain strong attention to detail across typography, layout, and overall design quality
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across all brands
• Translate business objectives into clear, compelling visual ideas

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (multi-brand or agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level execution across multiple formats
• Experience managing or mentoring designers
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with digital, print, signage, and promotional design
