Lead Product Designer

The Lead Product Designer will serve as the senior design leader, overseeing the design team, driving design strategy and execution, and mentoring designers. Key duties include managing team processes, prioritizing projects, and contributing hands-on design work including prototyping in Figma.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor the design team, fostering their professional development
- Optimize design processes and workflows for maximum efficiency and quality
- Plan and prioritize design projects in alignment with business objectives
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain design documentation and assets for team accessibility
- Contribute hands-on design work including prototype development in Figma
- Create wireframes and design specifications using Figma and Claude
- Conduct and support focus group sessions and user research initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a design leader or senior designer managing teams
- Expert proficiency in Figma (prototyping and wireframing)
- Experience with Claude for design collaboration
- Strong understanding of research and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Clarity)
