Onsite Full-time Lead

The Design Engineering Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership, overseeing system-level mechanical design, and executing projects from concept through production. This involves leading design reviews, ensuring timely task execution, mentoring engineers, and driving mechanical development across the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design reviews and ensure design meets performance and reliability targets
  • Lead task execution and ensure results are on time and right first time
  • Lead and mentor design engineers
  • Organize workload for design team
  • Cooperate with other departments on priority execution

Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering
  • MS in Mechanical Engineering or similar (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering functions
  • Demonstrated capability leading teams and organizing work assignments
  • Expertise in 3D solid modeling software
