Product Designer (Contractor)

The Product Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end product experiences across CRM, Customer Portal, and Mobile applications, while utilizing AI tools daily to accelerate design and prototyping efforts. This role also involves owning and evolving the design system and engaging directly with customers for research and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences across CRM, Customer Portal, and Mobile
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate design and prototyping
• Own and evolve the design system, improving consistency and quality
• Engage directly with customers through interviews, demos, and research
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
• Move quickly between discovery and execution
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions
• Contribute to design quality and team culture

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience in SaaS (B2B or B2C)
• Experience using AI tools in your workflow or strong willingness to adopt them quickly
• Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, variants, variables, design tokens)
• Understanding of AI integrations or ability to ramp quickly
• Working knowledge of front-end constraints (HTML, CSS, React)
• Systems thinking with strong attention to detail
• Ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
• Comfortable with direct feedback and iteration
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong async communication skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
