Product Designer

The role involves designing simple and elegant end-to-end flows and experiences across supported platforms, crafting designs within existing visual systems, and transforming broad ideas into valuable products for billions of users. Responsibilities also include monitoring the user experience from conception to launch and driving design walkthroughs through multiple iterations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for supported platforms
• Craft designs within existing visual systems or standards
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for 2-plus billion users
• Monitor the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists
• Drive design walkthroughs in internal review processes
• Solicit and provide feedback from partners to continually improve the quality of products through multiple iterations and explore a range of design options

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Cognitive Sciences, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in designing applications end-to-end across both web and mobile platforms
• Proficient in design software such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Interaction design including defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs
• Using prototyping tools including Figma, Protopie, and Framer to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction works
• Typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense
