Design and execute a sustainable SME user research system to generate deep insights into their financial behavior, translating these findings into clear and actionable deliverables. Collaborate across product, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to validate hypotheses and ensure strategic decisions integrate the customer's voice.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute user research studies
- Collaborate with key areas to validate hypotheses and reduce development risks
- Transform insights into actionable recommendations
- Structurize and scale research processes
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology
- Experience in user research, preferably in Fintech or digital banking
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Proficiency with research tools like Maze, Dovetail, or similar
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, Notion
