Graphic Designer - Brand & Marketing Campaigns (Remote)

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets for social media, email campaigns, ads, and presentations, while also developing and maintaining comprehensive brand guidelines. This role involves designing collateral for both digital and print mediums to support marketing, sales, and brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, email campaigns, ads, and presentations
• Create and maintain brand guidelines including logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery
• Develop print collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing materials
• Design web banners, landing page graphics, and digital ads optimized for multiple platforms
• Create simple animations, GIFs, or motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative with messaging goals
• Manage multiple design requests with varying deadlines and incorporate stakeholder feedback
• Package final files in multiple formats (AI, PSD, PNG, PDF) and maintain organized asset libraries
• Ensure visual consistency across all design outputs regardless of platform or format
• Provide design support for website refreshes, events, webinars, and campaign launches

Requirements

• 2+ years professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing assets
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience designing for both print and digital formats with platform optimization knowledge
• Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or collaborative design tools (After Effects, Figma, Canva preferred)
• Background in marketing agencies, SaaS, or e-commerce environments (preferred)
• Understanding of marketing KPIs and how design impacts engagement and conversions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback efficiently
• Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup
