SMP - Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and design visually appealing materials for brand communication, working on projects like digital graphics, print media, and branding elements. Primary duties include supporting less complex design activities for executive QBRs, presentations, newsletters, and collaborating with the automation team on dashboard visuals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate design instructions and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Suggest drafts and ideas for review
- Create illustrations, visuals, and other designs using software or manual drawings
- Use appealing colors and outlines in each graphic
- Collaborate with group leaders and relevant stakeholders to produce final designs
- Test graphics across various media platforms
- Modify or redesign tasks based on feedback
- Ensure all graphics and outlines are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Technical skills in Power BI
- Creativity in developing illustrations and animations
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
