The Product Designer II will lead the end-to-end design for a core mortgage servicing product area, collaborating with partners to deliver user-centered solutions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for a core mortgage servicing product area, from early discovery through launch and iteration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver user-centered solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Simplify complex workflows and translate regulatory and operational requirements into intuitive, elegant experiences
Requirements
- 2+ years of product design experience, preferably in consumer design and operational environments
- A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals, systems thinking, and a user-centered approach to solving complex problems
- Track record of shipping and iterating on end-to-end product experiences, from concept to launch and beyond
